Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notification for cancellation of sessions. We take payment in advance of sessions, at the time of booking. We understand emergencies occur and will do our best to rebook you if you need to postpone your appointment. You may be charged for sessions cancelled or postponed within 24 hours of the booked session time.
