Julie Browne Outstanding Expertise and Care. Following an accident I suffered a neck injury and concussion which led to severe migraine, dizziness, nausea and significant balance disturbance. The dizziness in particular caused constant disequilibrium and made normal daily life extremely difficult. From the very beginning, Dave clearly understood what was happening. I was experiencing multiple symptoms, and he was able to recognise both their source and how they were connected. His understanding of the relationship between the neck, balance and the vestibular system was exceptional, and he immediately put in place a treatment plan that addressed the problem as a whole. Over time the improvement has been remarkable. I am now fully functioning again in life without dizziness or nausea, and my headaches are significantly improved. Dave’s professionalism, knowledge and genuine care made an enormous difference during a very difficult recovery. I would recommend him without hesitation. Jennifer Harper I have been a patient of David’s for the last 4 years following a recommendation from a colleague. I have suffered migraines and headaches for 15 years, seeing neurologists both privately and NHS, and trying other physio clinics. The improvement I have seen since working with David is unbelievable, and I have gone from 3-4 migraines per week with persistent daily headache to 1 migraine every 3-4 months and a headache once or twice a week.
